Expanding To Continue Excellence In Care
For more than 55 years, the Bivins name has set the standard for excellence in the care of elder residents and families. To further our commitment of enriching the quality of life for residents living in the Texas Panhandle, the Bivins Foundations are proud to introduce a new "Center of Excellence" to its family of facilities. Childers Place, a two-story nursing and memory care home, offers residents a "neighborhood" concept of living that sets the 21st century standard for nursing and memory care. Residents and families are welcomed to the facility through a stately Porte-Cochere, finely-appointed lobby and atrium, and Cafe/Bistro. Beautifully landscaped intergenerational gardens provide unique opportunities for residents and families to connect. Each neighborhood of households offers great food and fellowship opportunities in home-like dining, activity and family areas. Households consist of ten private rooms, each with a large full bath including a shower. Each of the 350 square foot rooms have a wireless-capable computer workspace and individual views of lovely landscaped gardens. Childers Place also offers a wellness spa, chapel and library/computer room for residents and families.
