Elizabeth Jane Bivins Culinary Center
The Lee Bivins Foundation is proud to announce a new service that is part of the "Center of Excellence" on the Bivins campus located in the Regional Medical Center Campus in west Amarillo. The Elizabeth Jane Bivins Culinary Center is a state-of-the-art kitchen preparing food using "cook-chill" technology as well as a distribution site for meals that can be delivered to the Texas Panhandle region. As a vital part of our entire retirement community, the EJB Culinary Center incorporates innovative food production and food delivery concepts that includes large cooking kettles, tumble chillers, a "cook/chill tank", a chilled trayline assembly, filling (or pumping) station and advanced rethermalization technology. Bivins Village
To further our commitment of enriching quality of life for residents living in the Texas Panhandle, the Mary E. Bivins Foundation is proud to introduce Phase II of Bivins Village, an independent living retirement community for low-income senior citizens, ages 62 and older, in Amarillo, Texas. Our newest edition -- completed in 2006 -- is a three-story, 60-unit apartment building, adjacent to the current Bivins Village. Find out more....

Bivins Memorial Rehabilitation Unit
Bivins Memorial Rehabilitation (Rehab) is among the finest facilities in the region to offer progressive specialty rehabilitation services.
